Welcome to the family!
The founders of Cocomuts are Nixon, Lindsey, Andrew, Lola and Blue
​
In 2014 Lindsey, Andrew & Mac (the original Cocomut!) left Sint Maarten to return to Toronto for the birth of their son Nixon.
Who knew that as soon as they arrived in Toronto they would long to be back on the island they looked at as home.
​
Many moves later in the summer of 2022 lindsey, Nixon, Andrew, Collie & Blue were preparing to finally head home!
A few weeks before moving the family were devastated with the loss of their young pup Collie in a freak accident.
With heavy hearts and sadness the day came to move all the way from their latest home in Costa Rica back to Sint Maarten.

The move was smooth but with heavy hearts there was something missing. Blue was lonely and Nixon missed his best friend. (Blue is a longhaired cat of unknown origin that appeared in our yard one day and never left)
​
A few months later they went to an SXM Paws event and met Lola!! (formerly Rachel and Cocomut number 3)
​
Now settled and loving life back on the island they should never have left, they came up with the concept for
Cocomuts
"Souvenirs for best friends and fur babies"

Our Products
Cocomuts Dog chew toys are custom made using biodegradable high density rubber.
​
Cocomuts treats and snacks are made with locally sourced ingredients using heart healthy ingredients giving your furry friends nothing but sunshine!
​
Cocomuts leashes, collars and rope toys are created using upcycled marine rope from the sails and mooring lines that have come to their natural end on boats.
​
Eventually all clasps, hooks and keychains will be made from aluminum recycled here on Sint Maarten!
